Do you Ship to Foreign Countries?

When will I get my Item?

We take about 2-7 business days to create your apparel products (t-shirts etc.). Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.  Read more Shipping information here.

If I chose the Overnight or Express shipping method in checkout, do you also ship that order faster?
Yes, we do! Overnight and Express orders are automatically bumped to the front of our fulfillment queue to assure best possible fulfillment time.
We don’t ship to PO Boxes.
Can I combine coupon codes (discounts)?

No, our coupon codes cannot be combined. And most of them cannot be applied at items that are already on sale.

Are your products (clothes) machine washable?

Yes, most items are, please read tags before washing to ensure the right steps are taken.

Why does my shirt have yellow stains?

Don’t worry, that’s not unusual – it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it’s not permanent. Fixation agent helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.

This also gives the (strong) vinegar smell.

The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash. 

Why does my shirt have a vinegar smell?

This may also give the product an off-white residue (yellow stains).

The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash. 

The color of the print/fabric is different from the color on my monitor

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

How can I return my product?

Since these products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns, unless there is a clear defect with regards to the product. 

Products already worn, washed or in some other way used never will be accepted for return.
